摘　　要：教学督导工作是高校作为提升教学水平、保证教学质量、促进学校发展的一种重要手段,而青年教师又是高校的生力军,该文通过对高校教学督导工作必要性的探讨,对当前高校青年教师存在的教学不足进行分析,旨在探究建立一个注重促进青年教师职业成长的高校教学督导工作方式。The teaching supervision work is to improve teaching level and ensure teaching quality, an important means to promote the development of the school, the young teachers is the major force of colleges and universities, this paper discusses the necessity of the teaching supervision work in colleges and universities, the current shortage of the young teachers in colleges and universities teaching analysis, aimed at exploring a notice to promote youth teacher professional development way of teaching supervision work in colleges and universities.
