摘　　要：民族地区多数处于国家、省、自治区多重叠加的战略部署下,相比其他地区更需要通过创业提升区域经济的发展。该文运用GEM创业环境分析模型,以朝鲜族为例,通过对所在地区的42家青年创业企业进行的问卷调查和深度访谈,结合各级政府相关创业政策,对民族地区的青年创业环境进行评价,并提出优化民族地区青年创业环境的几点建议。Most ethnic minority areas are under the multiple strategic plans of the state, province and autonomous region. Compared with other regions, ethnic minority areas are more necessary to promote the development of regional economy though entrepreneurship. Globe Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM) is used widely in the field of entrepreneurship research as an entrepreneurial environment analysis tool, which including nine aspects: financial support, government policies, government projects, education and training, research and development transfer, business environment, market openness, physical infrastructure, culture and social norms. This paper used GEM model to investigate 42 youth enterprises in Korean minority region and evaluate the youth entrepreneurial environment based on the relevant entrepreneurship policies of country, province and autonomous prefecture. Finally, we put forward some suggestions for optimizing the youth entrepreneurial environment in minority areas.
