高职教育培养学生“双创”能力的路径研究——以西安航空职业技术学院电气自动化技术专业为例

摘　　要：为响应《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》(国办发[2015]36号)文件精神,西安航空职业技术学院电气自动化技术专业教学团队从浓厚创新创业氛围、加强师资队伍建设、修订人才培养方案、建立学生创业训练营、强化成果转换等方面进行了探索和研究,实践证明,学生和教师的创新创业能力(以下简称"双创"能力)大幅提升。In response to the spirit of the 'Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities', the teaching team of the electrical automation technology of Xi’an Aviation Vocational and Technical College has strengthened its entrepreneurial atmosphere and strengthened its teachers. The team building, revision of talent training programs, establishment of student entrepreneurship training camps, and enhancement of results transformation have been explored and studied. Practice has proved that the innovation ability of students and teachers has been greatly improved.
