摘　　要："互联网+"和"大众创业万众创新"时代背景对于人才的创意、创新、创业能力提供了更高的要求。电子商务专业是最能体现"三创"特征的知识密集型和创意型专业之一,培养现状呈现出创业教育脱离于专业教育、滞后于行业发展等特征,论文提出将人才培养目标定位于"三创"应用型、构建"三创"教育与专业教育融合的课程体系、创新教学内容、方法、手段以匹配能力培养需求、加强组织领导完善保障机制等。The background of 'Internet +' and 'mass entrepreneurship and innovation' has provided higher requirements for talents’ creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial ability. E-commerce specialty is one of the most knowledge-intensive and creative specialties that can embody the characteristics of 'three innovations'. The current situation of training shows that entrepreneurship education is divorced from professional education and lags behind the development of the industry. The paper puts forward that the goal of talent training should be oriented to 'three innovations' application-oriented, and that the curriculum system, innovative teaching content, methods and hands should be built to integrate 'three innovations' education with professional education. In order to meet the needs of training ability, strengthen organizational leadership and improve the safeguard mechanism, etc.
