创新型商务日语人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,我国各方面发展都受到了经济全球化的影响,与其他国家之间的交流变得越来越密切,尤其是国际间的经贸交流变得尤为重要,如中日之间。鉴于此,目前社会对于商务日语方面人才的需要也越来越多,并且朝着多样化、高级化的方向发展。该文主要就当前对于创新型商务日语人才的相关需求以及人才培养模式进行探讨。Since entering the 21 st century, all aspects of China’s development have been affected by economic globalization, and the exchanges with other countries have become more and more close, especially the international economic and trade exchanges have become particularly important, such as between China and Japan. In view of this,there is an increasing need for business Japanese talents in society, and they are developing towards diversification and advanced direction. This paper mainly discusses the current demand for innovative business Japanese talents and the talent training mode.
