摘　　要：高职院校双创人才培养应结合地方企业家精神展开。顺商精神是顺德经济发展的内核动力,有敢为人先、求真务实、勤奋敬业、低调专注、开放兼容、乐善好施等主要特质。顺德职业技术学院学生组织"未来企业家协会"以顺商精神为指导,聘请企业导师、请顺商进课堂,悟道顺商文化,与顺商合作项目,鼓励参与公益。通过双创实践活动的开展,学生双创业绩频出,人才培养达到预期,同时也存在一些问题,双创教育实效有待进一步提升。Integrating local entrepreneurship into the Innovative education of vocational college students is necessary. Shunde Entrepreneurship became the core driving force for the sustainable development of local economy with main characteristics:daring to be Pioneers, realistic and pragmatic, diligence and dedication, concealed and professional, openness and inclusiveness, benevolence and charity.To be guided by Shunde Entrepreneurship,a student organization named Future enterprise form Shunde polytechnic carried out the innovative practices by employing entrepreneur mentors, opening corporate lectures, comprehending business culture,cooperating with Shunde Business,participating public welfare.Through these activities, the students’ Innovation performances are great, and the training of talents achieves expectations. But at the same time, the effectiveness of Innovative education needs to be further improved.
