摘　　要：《房地产开发与经营》是房地产开发与管理专业一门核心的专业基础课,其课程实践性很强,针对《房地产开发与经营》课程在传统教学中存在的问题,引入创客教育理念,从实施创客行动,优化课程组织设计、利用创客情境,实现项目教学模式、借助创客活动,丰富实践教学内容、利用创客空间,增加多种教学方法、改革考核机制,实现课程考核多样化五个方面提出《房地产开发与经营》课程教学改革模式,以期推动该门课程建设的创新发展,激发学生的学习兴趣、培养学生的创新意识,最终提高该门课程的教学效果,最大可能地实现课程的实用性。'Real Estate Development and Management'is a core professional course for real estate development and management,it is a very Practical course.For problems in the Traditional Teaching of the Course'Real Estate Development and Management',Introducing the concept of maker education,From implementing the Maker Action,optimizing the curriculum organization design、Use the maker situation,Realize the project teaching mode、With the maker event,Enrich practical teaching content、Use maker space,Add a variety of teaching methods、Reform assessment mechanism,Diversify curriculum assessment five aspects Proposing the Teaching Reform Model of'Real Estate Development and Management'Course,In order to promote the innovative development of the course construction,Stimulate students’interest in learning and cultivate students’sense of innovation,Finally improve the teaching effect of the course,The most likely to achieve the practicality of the course.
