基于“工匠精神”培养的高职院校制造大类专业人才培养途径探索

摘　　要：随着世界范围内经济的飞速增长,目前我国正是面临着严峻的经济结构转型的阶段,倘若想要对于国家制造业达成振兴,那么我们不仅需要高端技术专家,同时也需要技能型人才。我国高等职业院校的教育在几十年的发展过程当中,也正是一步步走在质量提升和内涵发展培养的道路上,在新的时代当中新的课题已经出现,正是"工匠精神"。在该文中,我们将在"工匠精神"导入高等职业院校制造大类专业人才培养的基础之上,对于如何培养"工匠精神""工匠精神"的重要性进行简要的说明和介绍。With the rapid economic growth in the world,China is now facing a severe economic restructuring stage,if we want to achieve the revitalization of the country's manufacturing industry,then we need not only high-technical experts,but also Technical Talents.During the development of China's higher vocational colleges and universities over the past decades,they have been stepping on the road of quality improvement and connotation development.In the new era,new topics have emerged,which is the spirit of craftsman.In this article,on the basis of introducing"craftsman spirit"into the training of professional talents of manufacturing major in higher vocational colleges,we will briefly explain and introduce how to cultivate"craftsman spirit"and"craftsman spirit".
