摘　　要：高校要完成好立德树人的根本任务,党支部必须要强起来,增强活力,发挥核心作用。该文结合全面从严治党的相关要求,阐述了高校党支部工作的形势,指出提升党支部活力的重要性。在此基础上,该文从高校党支部的教育功能、组织制度、工作能力与创新意识等方面分析了活力建设面临的问题。针对这些问题,提出的解决对策有:强化政治引领,提高教育工作实效;完善相关制度,切实提高组织凝聚力、战斗力;提高创新意识与工作能力,积极发挥政治核心作用。In order to accomplish the basic task of moral education,the party branch must strengthen itself,enhance its vitality and play its core role.Combined with the requirements of strict party governance,this paper expounds the situation of party branch work in colleges and universities,and points out the importance of improving the vitality of party branch.On this basis,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the vitality construction from the aspects of the party branch's educational function,organizational system,working ability and innovative consciousness.In view of these problems,the proposed solutions are:strengthen political guidance,improve the effectiveness of education;Improve relevant systems,effectively improve organizational cohesion,combat effectiveness;We will improve our awareness of innovation and our ability to work,and play a central role in politics.
