摘　　要：构建创业型社会是当代社会的发展趋势,是中国进一步释放生产力、加快推进经济社会转型升级的重要举措,其最大特征是创业活动得到充分孕育。从创业研究的视角出发,通过对硅谷与128公路产业带的比较研究,归纳并分析出影响创业活动的三大类因素。在此基础上,探究出创业型社会的主体及运行模式,并从政府、企业、非营利性组织(学校)三个主体层面分析创业型社会的构建路径。Building a entrepreneurial society is the trend of the contemporary social development.It is effective for China to release the productive forces and accelerate both the economic and social transformation and upgrading.The significant feature of entrepreneurial society is the fully conceived of entrepreneurial activities.From the perspective of entrepreneurship research,three categories of the impact factors can be able to draw after the comparative study of Silicon Valley and Route 128 industry area.On the basis of these studies,the subjects and the operation mode of the entrepreneurial society can be developed.And the build path of entrepreneurial society can also be analyzed from three layers:government,enterprise and non-profit organization(school).
