实践育人视域下医学院校创业平台建设探析

摘　　要：创业平台是高校"实践育人共同体"的有效组成部分,医学院校创业平台建设中存在实践平台局限、师资缺乏、资金不足、成果转化困难等问题。该文从实践育人角度探析了创业平台建设方向,建议医学院校创业平台建设体现多种功能模块,并从组织制度、环境支持、师资建设、资金保障方面实施建设。Entrepreneurship platform is an effective part of"practice education community"in universities.There are some problems in the construction of entrepreneurial platform in medical colleges,such as limitation of practice platform,lack of teachers,insufficient funds and difficulty in transforming achievements.From the perspective of practical education,this paper probes into the construction direction of entrepreneurship platform,and suggests that the construction of entrepreneurship platform in medical colleges should embody various functional modules,and implement the construction from the aspects of organizational system,environmental support,teacher construction and fund guarantee.
