摘　　要：近年来,高校贫困生就业形势严峻,高校贫困生就业压力大,对贫困生就业进行帮扶是高校目前所面临的较为紧迫的任务。该文在深入分析影响贫困大学生就业的主要因素的基础上,研究了贫困大学生就业援助的现状,提出贫困大学生就业援助的对策,促进贫困大学生就业,切实提高贫困大学生的就业竞争力。In recent years,the employment situation of poor students in colleges and universities is severe,and the employment pressure of poor students in colleges and universities is great.It is a more urgent task for colleges and universities to help the employment of poor students.Based on the in-depth analysis of the main factors affecting the employment of poor college students,this paper studies the status quo of employment assistance for poor college students,puts forward the countermeasures for employment assistance for poor college students,promotes the employment of poor college students,and effectively improves the employment competitiveness of poor college students.
