摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校人才培养计划的实施内容,期间对学生预备党员的考察工作是保障党员发展质量的关键环节。创新考察方式方法是时代的重要命题。一是要完善新时代中国特色高职院校人才培养制度层面'一互五共'的顶层设计;二是要严格规范实习期预备党员管理工作,实现'三对接';三是建立精干的组织工作队伍,四是为预备党员做好服务,规划好他们的职业生涯。Post practice is the implementation content of the talent training plan in Higher Vocational colleges.The investigation of student reserve party members during the period is the key link to guarantee the quality of Party members’development.Innovative investigation method is an important proposition of the times.Firstly,we should improve the top-level design of the talent training system of Higher Vocational Colleges with Chinese characteristics in the new era;secondly,we should strictly standardize the management of probationary party members during the internship period to achieve'three docking';thirdly,we should establish a capable organizational team;fourthly,we should do a good job in serving the probationary party members and plan their career.
