摘  要:学生社团作为校园文化传播的重要载体,目前中职学校已经大力加强学生的社团建设,社团组织的活动不但可以激发学生对结果的探究能力,而且还可以鼓励和支持学生们认真学习钻研的职业技能,更体现出社团活动作为载体来对学生进行人格以及个性的塑造。本文通过对启东中专捏塑社团的具体研究和分析,进而对该学校学生社团的发展现状以及面临的问题等,最终提出相应的社团可持续发展的若干建议。The students as the important carrier of campus culture transmission,the current secondary vocational schools have to strengthen the construction of student’s community,community activities can not only stimulate students to explore the ability of the results,but also can encourage and support the students learn to study professional skill,but also out of the club activities as the carrier to undertake to the student personality shaping and personality.Based on the specific research and analysis of the kneading community in Qidong secondary school,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on the sustainable development of the student community in this school.
