摘　　要：高校科研功利化、行政管理官僚化以及由此催生的利益团体间的相互博弈致使处于中心地位的教学工作日趋边缘化,严重弱化了高校人才培养这一基本职能,'以人为本'的教育价值失落,教书育人的大学精神不彰。The utilitarianism of scientific research,bureaucracy of administration and the game between interest groups resulted in the increasingly marginalization of the teaching work in the central position,seriously weakening the basic function of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,the loss of the educational value of'people-oriented'and the lack of university spirit of teaching and educating people.
