摘　　要：高校教学秘书是高校管理对于最基层的管理人员,学校的各项工作的开展都需要教学秘书的安排。可以说,高校教学秘书工作是在第一线。高校教学秘书的日常工作琐碎,是学校各项工作的执行者和组织者,也是连接学校和师生之间的纽带,同时也是学校领导的助手,需要整理各种档案,安排学生入学、毕业、考试等事宜,以及参与其他各项活动的开展。所以说高校教学秘书工作的重要性,他是高校中不可或缺的人,一旦高校教学秘书工作出现了问题,可能造成高校工作不能正常运转。Teaching secretaries in colleges and universities are the most basic managers in the management of colleges and universities.All the work of schools needs the arrangement of teaching secretaries.It can be said that the work of teaching secretary in colleges and universities is in the front line.The daily work of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities is trivial.They are the executors and organizers of all kinds of work in schools.They are also the links between schools and teachers and students.They are also the assistants of school leaders.They need to sort out all kinds of files,arrange students’entrance,graduation,examination and other matters,as well as participate in the development of other activities.Therefore,the importance of teaching secretary work in colleges and universities,he is an indispensable person in colleges and universities,once there are problems in teaching secretary work in colleges and universities,it may cause the normal operation of college work.
