大数据背景下创新高职财务管理专业人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：大数据时代随着经济的发展应运而生,它的产生使经济社会发生了巨大的变化,对于当前的财务环境有非常重要的影响,相继需要越来越多高素质的财务方面的人才,由此对一些专门培养实用型财务人才的高职财务管理专业的要求越来越高。该文基于大数据背景下高职财务管理的现状,分析了财务专业人才培养的必要性,并对创新高职财务管理专业人才的培养模式进行了详细的探讨。The era of big data arises with the development of economy.Its emergence has brought about tremendous changes in the economy and society.It has a very important impact on the current financial environment.More and more high-quality financial personnel are needed one after another.This requires higher and higher requirements for financial management specialty which specializes in training practical financial personnel in higher vocational schools.Based on the current situation of financial management in higher vocational colleges under big data and the necessity of training financial professionals,this paper makes a detailed discussion on the training mode of financial management professionals in higher vocational colleges.
