摘  要:国家非常重视大学生创新创业教育,出台一系列政策鼓励学生创新创业。教师是提高学生创新创业能力的关键因素。因此应用型本科院校非常重视'双创'导师队伍建设研究,这是提高学生创新创业能力的核心因素。本论文主要从应用型本科创新创业导师梯队发展现状、应用型本科创新创业导师梯队建设的策略、'双创'模式下高校大学生创新创业激励机制的构建途径进行阐述教育生态体系视角下应用型本科高校'双创'导师队伍建设研究,希望为研究应用型本科高校'双创'导师队伍建设的专家和学者提供理论参考依据。The state attaches great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students,and has issued a series of policies to encourage students to innovate and start businesses.Teachers are the key factor to improve students’ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,application-oriented colleges and universities attach great importance to the research on the construction of'innovation and entrepreneurship'mentor team,which is the core factor to improve students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.This thesis mainly from the current situation of the development of applied undergraduate innovation mentors echelon construction and applied undergraduate innovation mentors strategy,'double gen'mode of university students’innovative undertaking education ecological system,the incentive mechanism construction way in the angle of applied undergraduate colleges and universities'double gen'teacher team construction research,hope for the study of applied undergraduate colleges and universities'double gen'teacher team construction of the experts and scholars to provide theoretical reference basis.
