摘　　要：通过参加三明市首届中小学名校长培养对象学习活动获得办园思想提升,同时反思自己的教育实践,对办学思想有了更新的感触和思考。在已有的经验与成果上,我们坚持秉承'生活即教育'思想理念及'爱满天下'的教育精神,进一步的提炼幼儿园的办园思想。Through participating in the study of the training object of the first famous principals of primary and secondary schools in Sanming City,the idea of running a school has been promoted,and at the same time,reflecting on their own educational practice,the idea of running a school has been renewed.In terms of experience and achievements,we insist on adhering to the idea of'life is education'and the educational spirit of'love all over the world',and further refine the kindergarten idea.
