摘　　要：为培养大学生的创新思维和创新能力,通过营造创新教育的氛围和环境,设置创新创业专职机构,出台相应政策和实施方案,整合资源,创建金字塔型的创新创业教育训练平台,依托科技创新基地开展大学生科技创新竞赛活动,构建以大学生科技竞赛为依托的创新创业教育实践体系,学生通过竞赛活动,提高了创新能力,培养了学生知识融合能力、实践动手能力及团队协作精神,并将自己在学习和生活实践中的创新思维体现在竞赛作品中,不但实践了所学知识,同时实现了创新与梦想。To cultivate college students’innovative thinking and innovative ability,the pyramid innovation and entrepreneurship education and training platform was created,college student science and technology innovation contests relied on science and technology innovation base were launched,and a practice system of innovation and entrepreneurship education based on college students’science and technology contest was constructed by creating an atmosphere and environment for innovative education,setting up a full-time institution for innovation and entrepreneurship,issuing corresponding policies and implementation plans,integrating all the resources.During the competition,innovation ability has been improved,knowledge fusion ability,practical hands-on ability and teamwork spirit have been cultivated.Students can display innovative thinking in learning and life in the competition works.They not only practices what has learned,but also realizes innovation and dreams.
