摘　　要：新农村电子政务的实施是解决我国农村信息化建设"最后一公里"问题的有效手段和关键组成部分,有利于新农村信息服务的资源整合、项目管理和信息沟通。该文分析了新农村电子政务建设的重要性和阻碍新农村电子政务建设的问题,总结村级电子政务的建设内容和模式,为新农村电子政务的建设者提供参考。New rural e-government is an effective measure and key component for solving the‘last kilometer’problem of rural informatization in our country.And it is conducive to realize resource integration,project management and information communication of new rural informatization service.Importance and barrier of new rural e-government were analyzed.Content and mode of Village-level e-government construction were summaried.It provides a meaningful reference for new rural e-government constructers.
