LASIK患者术前焦虑度与术后满意度相关性分析

摘　　要：目的　分析LASIK患者术前焦虑度与术后满意度的相关性。方法　LASIK 13 8例 ,分为A(正常 )、B(有焦虑情绪或轻度焦虑 )两组 ,术后随访其疗效及满意度。结果　术后 1年 2 72眼裸眼视力 <0 .5、0 5～ 0 8、>0 8者 ,分别为 4 0 4%、8 82 %、87 14 % ,两组间比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;术后裸眼视力较术前最佳矫正视力增加及相同者、下降 1～ 2行者 ,下降 2行以上者 ,分别为 75 0 0 %、18 0 1%、6 99% ,两组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;对疗效表示非常满意、满意、不满意者 ,分别为 11 76%、81 99%、6 2 5 % ,两组间差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;相关性分析 ,rs=-0 .76,P <0 .0 5 ,相关系数有统计意义。结论　LASIK患者术前焦虑度与术后满意度相关 ;缓解其焦虑情绪 。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of LASIK for the correction of myopia and investigate the relationship between patient's preoperative psychological quality with postoperatve satisfaction.Methods 272 eyes of 138 cases were treated with LASIK and followed up one year.Acording to their anxiety before operation,the patient were divided into group A and B.Results The percentage of the patients whose UCVA (uncorrected visual acuity) was between 0.5,and those from 0.5 to 0.8, above 0.8 was 4.05%,9.01%,86.94% respectively in group A, 4.0%, 8.0%,88.0% in group B respectively,there was no difference between the 2 groups( P >0.05).Compared with BCVA (best corrected visual acuity).the percentage among them whose UCVA were better,decreased 1 or 2 lines and more than 2 lines was 77.0%,17.6%,5.4% respectively in group A,66.7%,20.5%,12.8% in group B.There was no difference between the 2 groups( P >0.05).After operation,the percentage of patients who were very satisfied,satisfied,not satisfied was 12.16%, 83.33%,4.05% respectively in group A,8.0%,76.0%, 16.0% in group B.There was significant difference between the 2 groups( P < 0.001). The patients' preoperative psychological quality is closely negatively related with their postoperative satisfaction ( r s=-0.76,P< 0.05 ). Conclusion LASIK is an effective method for the correction of myopia.The less anxiety before operation,the more satisfaction after operation.The patients should be give proper psychological support to relieve anxiety and increase their satisfaction towards operational results.
