摘　　要：目的　报告外伤性白内障人工晶状体手术中对伴有虹膜损伤者同期行虹膜修补术 1 9例 1 9眼。方法　虹膜根部断离用 1 0 - 0尼龙线褥式缝合于角膜缘内侧 ;虹膜缺损或瞳孔散大用 1 0 - 0聚丙烯线于瞳孔缘作间断缝合。结果　1 9例术后瞳孔均接近圆形 ,大小适中。出现前房出血 1例 ,瞳孔区纤维渗出膜 3例 ,虹膜后粘连 4例 ,角膜水肿 2例。结论　应用虹膜修补术 ,在白内障术中进行 。Objective To report 19 cases (19 eyes)of cataract surgery and iris repair at the same time.Methods Iris dialysis was surtured to the inner side of limbus with 10 0 nylon surture,iris deformty or large pupils were sutured with 10 0 polypropylene suture at its rim interrupted.Results After operation,all of the patients had relatively irrigular pupils and adequate size The complications included 1 case of hyphema,exudative membrane in 3 cases,posterior synechia in 4 cases,and corneal edema in 2 cases.Conclusion The repair of iris during cataract surgery could effectively restore the pupils' function.
