复方丹参离子导入治疗外伤性玻璃体积血

摘　　要：目的　观察复方丹参离子导入治疗外伤性玻璃体积血的临床效果。方法　 44例随机分成两组 ,治疗组采用复方丹参离子导入的方法 ;对照组口服安络血与碘化钾。结果　治疗组治愈率 41 67% ,总有效率95 83 % ,对照组治愈率 1 5 % ,总有效率 85 % ,两组疗效比较差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5)。结论　复方丹参离子导入治疗外伤性玻璃体积血 ,临床疗效满意 。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizeae Composite being used in treating vitreous hemorrhage due to ocular trauma by iontophoresis therapy.Methods Using the injection of Radix Salviac Miltiorrhizae Composite to treat the injured eye of 24 patients by iontophoresis,while the control group by of 20 patients were treated by adrenosem salicylate and potassium iodide.Results The group treated by Radix Salviac Miltiorrhizae Composite reached the cure rate of 41.67% with total effective rate of 95.83%,while the control group got the cure rate of 15% with the total effective rate of 85%.There was distinctive difference between the two groups ( P <0.05).Conclusion The therapy is satisfied and worthy of spreading.
