摘　　要：目的　观察自体环形球结膜移植治疗单眼严重化学伤的效果。方法　在患者的健眼从角膜缘开始取 4～5mm宽的环形球结膜 ,移植到受伤眼相应部位 ,观察 1 7例 ,移植后球结膜的生长情况及视力的恢复情况。结果　球结膜全部成活 ,受伤眼角膜部分地恢复透明 ,视力进步。结论　这种治疗方法的效果较药物治疗为好 。Objective The effects of allogeneic annular bulbar conjunctival transplantation for treating serious chemical burn were observed.Methods 4～5mm annular bulbar conjuncival flap from the normal corneal limbus was transplanted to burned eye with same manner in same patient.The growth of transplanted annular bulbar conjunctive and restoration of burned cornea and visual acuity in 17 cases were observed.Results All transplanted bulbar conjunctives were alive.The burned cornea restores transparent partially.Postoperative visual acuities of the patients improved.Conclusion This therapeutic method is better than the treatment of drug.The postoperative complications are less.
