环形插管与顺式插管治疗下泪小管断裂的比较

摘　　要：目的　比较上下泪小管环形插管和下泪小管顺式插管治疗下泪小管断裂的疗效。方法　下泪小管断裂 60例 (60眼 )随机分为A ,B两组 ,A组 30例行环形插管术 ,B组 30例行顺式插管术。随访 2年。结果　术后 3月A组再通率为 1 0 0 %。B组插管滑脱 4例 ,下泪点外翻 5例 ,冲洗泪小管不通 3例 ,再通率为 90 % ,溢泪 6例。随访 2年 :A组下泪点外翻 1例 ,冲洗泪小管不通 1例 ,再通率为 95.2 % ,溢泪 1例。B组下泪点外翻 7例 ,冲洗泪小管不通 6例 ,泪小管再通率为 75 % ,溢泪 6例。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of inferior lacrimal duct fragmentation treated by circle catheterization and cis form catheterization.Methods 60 cases (60 eyes) of inferior lacrimal duct fragmentation were randomly divided into two groups:group A(30 cases) were treated by circle catheterization and group B(30 cases) treated by cis form catheterization.Follow up was 2 years.Reunobstructed of inferior lacrimal duct fragmentation,inferior ectropion and dacryostegma were observed after operation.Results 3 months after operation, reunobstructed rate of inferior lacrimal duct fragmentation was 100% in group A and 90% in group B.There were 4 cases of tube exfoliation,5 cases of inferior ectropion and 6 cases of dacryostegma in group B.2 years after operation,reunobstructed rate of inferior lacrimal duct fragmentation was 95.2% in group A and 75% in group B.There were 1 case of inferior ectropion and 1 case of dacryostegma in group A.There were 7 cases inferior ectropion and 6 cases dacryostegma in group B.Conclusion Compared with cis form catheterization,circle catheterization has a better effect on the treatment of inferior lacrimal duct fragmentation.
