摘　　要：在简要分析网络技术给图书馆职能、读者带来的影响的基础上 ,从服务方式、服务内容、图书馆员的新定位及应具备的综合素质四方面讨论了网络环境给图书馆读者服务工作带来的变化。Based on a brief analysis of the impacts of network technology on library's function and readers, some changes in reader service brought about by the networked environment are discussed from the service mode and contents, new position and comprehensive quality of librarians.
