摘　　要：第二语言教学界十分重视培养具有较强的口语交际能力的人才。语言学者们在至力于探讨第二语言的流利性。要想有效地解决这一问题 ,首先重视口语流利性在第二语言学得中的重要性 ,找出可能影响口语流利性的原因 ,并根据语言发展机制探讨对策。在实践中不断摸索建立第二语言口语流利发展的理论模式 。Owing to introduction from some foreign language researchers' points and views,this article is addressed primarily to the second language oral fluency, the interference in its forming and how to clear away these obstacles.It also emphasizes the importance of second language oral fluency in foreign language teaching and learning in order to draw the teachers' attention to improving students' abilities in second language communication.
