摘　　要：金融在一国经济中的命脉作用决定了金融安全是一个国家经济安全的核心 ;对于外部作用的金融安全的破坏 ,有效的防范手段是把握金融开放的自主权 ;金融安全区及其实现条件的探讨 ,有利于规避内在原因所导致的金融风险 ;一些重要措施的采取 。That financial safety is at the core of a country's economic safety follows from the lifeline role played by finance in a country's economy. Effective safeguard against financial risks resulting from external destruction is to maintain the autonomy in opening financial market. Explorations on financial safety areas and their fulfiling conditions may help to avoid financial risks resulting from internal factors. The implementation of some important measures may guarantee better fulfilment of financial safety.
