转变观念 拓展思路 改进方法 实现高校德育工作的创新

摘　　要：高校德育工作面临管理体制、教学体制改革以及高等教育大发展等提出的新课题 ,面对社会生活方式快速变化带来的挑战 ,存在工作侧重点跟不上形势变化和方法简单僵化等问题。对此 ,本文针对新情况、新问题 ,从实际出发 ,对高校德育工作的观念、思路和方法等进行了分析探讨。提出当前高校德育工作必须转变观念 ,拓展思路 ,与时俱进 ,不断创新 ,积极探索适应新形势要求的途径和方法 。Faced with the new tasks caused by the reform of college management and teaching system and rapid development of higher education,and challenged by drastic changes in the way of life, the focus of college moral education seems to be out of step with the situational changes and the methods appear to be simple and rigid.In view of this, a discussion is made of the conceptions,ideas, approaches and methods for college moral education. It is argued that efforts should be made to shift conceptions, develop new ideas, and discover new appoaches and methods that can meet the needs of the new situation so that college moral education can maintain its vitality and vigour.
