摘　　要：中国加入WTO给我国高等教育的发展带来机遇 ,也带来了严峻挑战 ,要应对这一挑战就要把握入世后高校德育的新趋势、新特点 ,明确入世后高校德育的目标和任务 ,采取相应的对策 ,与时俱进、因势利导。China's entry into the WTO gives the challenge as well as opportunity for the development of our high education. To adapt to the challenge, we should grasp the new trend and new characteristic of the moral education in our universities following China's entry into the WTO, confirm the aim and the task of the moral education in our universities following China's entry into the WTO, take the relevant countermeasure, progress with the times and improve the occasion and profit to avoid loss.
