摘　　要：目的　探讨膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法　通过回顾 3例膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料 ,分析膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断、治疗。结果　 3例中 2例排尿时出现头晕、心悸、胸闷气短及血压升高 ,1例仅有肉眼血尿 ,1例测尿VMA显著升高。 3例均手术切除 ,恢复良好。结论　膀胱镜和CT是膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤诊断的主要方法 。Objective To explore the approach of diagnosis and treatment of bladder pheochromocytoma.Method Clinical data of 3 cases of bladder pheochromocytoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were two patents with palpitatation?chest muffling?short of breath?high blood pressure and one patrent only with gross hematuria.Total excision of the tumor was performed in all cases and no complications were found.Conclusions The main methods of tamer localization were cystoscope and CT.The preoperative administration of adrenergic blockers to control blood pressure and heart rate.Operation is the only treatment approach.
