摘　　要：搞好企业标准化工作 ,是企业寻求自我保护 ,增强市场竞争力的重要途径。当前 ,我国标准化工作尚存在着许多问题 ,企业应抓住机遇 ,发挥在标准化活动中的主体作用 ,建立一个完善的标准体系和灵活的运行机制 ,依靠关键人员 ,建立好标准、管理两个体系 ,重视标准的动态管理、效益分析以及国际标准和国外先进标准的宣贯工作 ,实现认识到位、配备到位、培训到位、记录到位。Standardization is an important means for an enterprise to protect itself and enhance its market competitiveness.In view of the existing problems in standardization in China's enterprises,it is argued that enterprises should take the opportunity to establish a perfect system of standards with a flexible operating mechanism.Emphasis should be placed on dynamic management of standards,performance analysis,and publicity and implementation of international standards and advanced overseas standards to make sure of proper awareness,deployment,training,record and supervision.
