摘  要:饮酒赋诗,赋诗饮酒,几乎是历史上诗人生活中不可或缺的两大情趣。唐代诗人大都豪饮,唐诗中有近万首飘逸着酒香的诗篇。通过这些咏酒诗可以了解唐代酒品丰富、酒业兴盛的繁荣景象,把握唐代酒文化的特征,从而更好地理解唐代酒文化的现实意义。Drinking wine and composing poems are two major interests that can hardly be lacked in poets' life in the history. Since almost all the poets in Tang Dynasty drink too much,nearly 10,000 Tang poems sending forth the aroma of wine are created. By analyzing these wine poems,we can portray a prosperous picture that there are abundant kinds of wine and the thriving wine industry at that time,and grasp the features of the wine culture of Tang Dynasty,thereby better comprehending the immediate significance of that wine culture.
