摘  要:目的 探讨工频强磁场 (SPFMF)长期连续暴露对家兔脑电活动的影响。方法 选择健康适龄家兔 33只 ,分成 2组 ,磁场组 13只 ,对照组 2 0只 ,将磁场组家兔长期连续置于工频强磁场 (17- 4 5mT)下 ,监测脑电活动的变化。结果 对照组和入场前磁场组家兔脑电图 (EEG)基本节律为 5 0 μV左右的 β波及少量不典型α波 ,偶见低幅θ波δ波 ,随着暴露时间延长及场强加大 ,磁场组 11只家兔 (11/ 13)θ波和δ波增多以及波幅增加 ,但仍以 β波为主要节律。Objective To study the effect of strong power frequency magnetic fields (SPFMF) on rabbit electroencephalography (EEG).Methods 33 healthy, fit aged rabbits were divided into two groups, 13 in the magnetic field group and 20 in the contrast group. Effects of long term continuous exposed SPFMF on the rabbit EEG were monitored. Results It indicated that basic frequency of rabbit EEG were β waves about 50 μV, few atipycal α waves, low voltage θ waves and δ waves in both contrast group and magnetic field group before experiment. With prolongation of exposure time and increase of the field intensity, the number and amplitude of θ waves and δ waves of 11 rabbits (11/13) increased in magnetic field group, however β waves were still dominant.Conclusion SPFMF could cause increase of slow waves in rabbit EEG.
