摘　　要：目的 :追踪研究HA加中剂量阿糖胞苷 (ID -Ara-C)方案对急性髓系白血病 (AML)缓解后的疗效。方法 :1 4例AML患者常规诱导达完全缓解后 ,用HA -IDAra-C方案进行缓解后治疗。结果 :完全缓解存活 9例 ,5年长期无复发生存率为 36%。结论 :本方案疗程短、副作用少、复发率低 。Objective: It is to following?up study the effect of intermediate dose of Ara-C (IDAra-C) combined with HA on relaxing acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients after remission. Methods: Fourteen patients with AML, which were induced to complete remission, were treated with HA-ID-Ara-C program. Results: Nine patients completely remitted, the survival ratio for 5 years was 36%. Conclusion: With short treatment period, little side-effect and relapse ratio, HA-IDAra-C is an ideal chemotherapy program to relaxing AML patients.
