摘　　要：近年来国内外对褪黑素作为功能食品的研究十分活跃 ,使褪黑素的应用范围、功能疗效有了很大突破。本文介绍了褪黑素功能食品的研究进展情况 。Recently the researches on melatonin as functional food being very active at home and abroad, the applying range and curative effect of melatonin have made a great breakthrough. In this paper,the development of researches on melatonin as functional food is introduced and it offers the reference for farther study of exploring ideal function food of melatonin.
