摘　　要：企业发展的过程就是创新的过程,任何一个成功的企业,都必将有一个优秀的企业家或企业家群体。中国入世后,要变挑战为机遇,首先要培育一批优秀企业家,推动企业创新,提高企业的国际竞争力,这是我国入世后面临的十分重要的任务。The course of enterprise development is a one of innovation. Any successful enterprises must have their own excellent enterprisers. Therefore, we should change the challenge into opportunity after entering the WTO. And excellent enterprisers should be brought up to make the enterprises innovate and strengthen the international competition of the enterprises.
