不同受体阻断剂对组胺抑制和促进孤束核自发放电的影响

摘  要:第三脑室注射小剂量组胺对大鼠孤束核自发放电主要起抑制作用,较大剂量则起兴奋作用。第三脑室注射H_2受体阻断剂西米替丁不能阻断这种抑制作用和兴奋作用。而静脉注射H_1受体阻断剂苯海拉明可以完全阻断这种抑制作用及部分阻断兴奋作用。第三脑室注射纳洛酮也可以完全取消组胺的抑制作用。结果提示,第三脑室注射组胺对孤束核自发放电的抑制作用可能与中枢H_2受体无关,而与H_1受体及阿片受体有关;兴奋作用可能与H_2受体无关,而H_1受体可能参与作用,但不是主要作用。The intrathirdventrical injection of histamine in lower dose inhibited mainly the spontaneous discharges of the nucleus tractus solitarius (NTS) and caused mainly excitatory responses in larger dose. Intrathirdventrical injection of the H2 antagonist, cimetidine, could not block the inhibitory and excitatory effects of histamine. Intravenous injection of the H1 antagonist, diphenhydramine, could block fully the inhibitory actions completely and the excitatory effects partially. The intrathirdventrical injection of naloxone could block the inhibitory effects completely. It is suggested that the inhibitory effects of the intrathirdventrical injection of histamine on spontaneous discharges of the NTS may relate to H1 and opiate receptors, but not to H2 receptors. Excitatory responses may not relate to H2 receptors. H1 receptors may participate partially but not mainly in the excitatory actions.
