摘 要:缢蛏(Sinonovaculaconstricta)分为壳长约4 0、5 0、6 0cm3组。通过实验生态学方法研究缢蛏在不同盐度和pH下的耗氧率和排氨率变化规律。结果表明,盐度对缢蛏的耗氧率和排氨率有极显著影响(F>F0.01),且缢蛏单位体重耗氧率、排氨率随其个体的增大而变小;当盐度为6~30时,缢蛏的耗氧率和排氨率呈1个峰值变化,在盐度22时均达到最大值。pH对缢蛏的耗氧率无显著影响(F<F0.05),当pH为6~9时,缢蛏的耗氧率变化幅度很小,而在此范围内pH变化对缢蛏的排氨率有极显著的影响(F>F0.01),此时,缢蛏的排氨率出现1个峰值变化,当pH为8时达到最大值。<Abstrcat> Individuals Sinonovacula constricta were placed in sea water with salinity gradients at 30, 22, 14 and 6, pH 8, water temperature 22 ℃; meanwhile, another treatment was conducted with pH gradients at 6, 7, 8 and 9, respectively, salinity 30, water temperature 22 ℃. The salinity reducing rate was 5/d and the pH rising rate was 0.2/d. The effects of salinity on oxygen consumption rate (ROc) and ammonia excretion rate (RAm) in S. constricta are extremely significant (F>F0.01) and when salinity changes from 6 to 30, there is a peak value for both ROc and RAm (1.310 2 mg·g-1·h-1, 227.372 5 μg·g-1·h-1, shell length (3.916 7±0.265 8) cm) at salinity 22. However, the effects of pH on RAm are not significant (F<F0.05) that the RAm changes a little at the pH range of 6-9. But at this pH range, the ROc has significant effects on RAm of S. constricta that at pH 8 the RAm gets its peak (153.030 5 μg·g-1·h-1, shell length (3.776 6±0.216 2) cm). Thus, salinity and pH are important environment factors for the respiration and extraction of S. constricta and at pH 8 and salinity 22 or so, S. constricta can grow well without exhausting much energy and can make use of the organic matters and diet remnants in the sediments.
