摘　　要：汽车技术创新对我国汽车工业跨越式发展具有重要的战略意义。技术创新就是对资源的优化组合，具有高投入、高风险和集成化等特点：汽车技术创新再造工程就是对汽车技术创新重新塑造的过程．包括对创新体制、主体、机制、环境、组织、人力资源体系和筹资渠道等方面的重新塑造。Automotive technology innovation has an important strategic significance for leap forward development for China automotive industry. Technology innovation means the optimum combination of resources and has the features of high volume input, bigger risk and integration. The innovation and rebuilding engineering in automotive technology is a process of remolding the automotive technologies, including the remolding of innovation system. main organization, mechanism, environment, structure, man power resource system, funds raising ways and etc.
