摘  要:从多种植株根际土壤中分离到 30 0个细菌分离物 ,通过含菌平板培养筛选出X2 ,B3,1J’ ,2e’等近 4 0株 ,对青枯病菌 (马铃薯和烟草 )具有较强的拮抗力 ,室内测定对病原菌抑菌圈达 0 8~ 3 0cm .挑选出 1j’ ,2e’ ,X2和B3进一步进行室内抗菌机理、菌株鉴定和温室盆栽防病试验。结果表明 ,菌株初步鉴定为芽胞杆菌 (Bacillusspp .)和假单胞杆菌 (Pseudomonasspp .)。其代谢产物蛋白质粗提物对青枯菌的生长有明显抑制作用。温室控病效果在 4 5 0 6 %~ 82 35 % ,可用于有效地控制马铃薯青枯病的发生危害 ,具有广阔的应用前景。Three hundred bacterial isolates were isolated from different soil samples. Forty potential biocontrol isolates such as X2,B3,1j',2e' showed good antagonistic activity on Ralstonia solanacearum ,the pathogen of BW disease. Which were identified to be Bacillus spp. and Pseudomonas spp. by its cell morphological , physiological and biochemical characteristics. Crude antibacterial proteins was obtained by perecipitation of the cell free culture of X2,B3,1j' strain with 70% saturated (NH 4) 2SO 4. Which strongly inhibits R.solanacearum,Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae and pv. oryzicola , respectively. Result from several experiment trial at greenhouse showed the effectiveness of bacterial preparations from 4 biocontrol isolates on reduction of BW incidence. The control effeciency reached from 45.06%~82.35%.The result showed that use of biocontrol agents to control potato bacterial disease can be accepted in potato production.
