摘　　要：目的　探讨新城疫病毒 (newcastlediseasevirus ,NDV )对肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞 (tumorinfiltratinglymphocyte ,TIL)的作用。方法　将 6例原发性肝癌癌块进行处理 ,分离出TIL ,每例等分成 3份 ,分别加入HA效价为 1∶160NDV液 2 0 μl(NDV组 )、终浓度为 1 0 0 0u/ml的rIL 2 (rIL 2组 )和 0 .9%的生理盐水 2 0 μl(对照组 ) ,置 3 7℃、5 %CO2 恒温箱中培养。以流式细胞仪计数CD3 、CD4和CD8细胞 ;用ELISA法检测NDV组和对照组上清液IL 2、IFN γ和TNF β含量。结果　配对资料显示 ,NDV组CD3 、CD4明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)和rIL 2组 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,3组CD8无明显差异 ;NDV组IL 2、IFN γ和TNF β明显高于对照组 (分别为P <0 .0 1,P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )。结论　NDV对TIL有直接激活作用。Objective To study the effects of newcastle disease virus (NDV) on tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL). [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]TILs were dissociated from 6 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma. Each case was divided into 3 portions equally, and was added 20 μl NDV with HA titer of 1∶160 (NDV group), rIL-2 with the end concentration of 1 000 u/ml (rIL-2 group) and 0.9% sodium chloride (control group) respectively, then cultured in the condition of 37℃,5% CO 2. CD 3, CD 4 and CD 8 were assayed by flow cytometry. The contents of IL-2, IFN-γ and TNF-β in supernate of NDV group and control group were examined by ELISA.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]Coupled material revealed that CD 3 and CD 4 were significantly higher in NDV group than in the other two groups (P<0.05, P<0.01). CD 8 had no significant changes in three groups. The contents of IL-2, IFN-γ and TNF-β in NDV group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01, P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]NDV can activate TIL directly. [WT5”HZ]
