首发精神分裂症患者口服一次量氯氮平后定量脑电图变化

摘　　要：为探讨氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患者脑电活动的影响,采用自身前后对照方法,比较首发精神分裂症患者服用一次量Z5mg氯氮平前及后0.5、1、2、3、4、5、6、8、12、24小时脑电能量变化。结果,服用一次量25mg氯氮平后,α_2频段F_(P2)、F_8导联,α_3频段F_4、F_8导联,β频段F_8、O_1导联脑电能量在第5～6小时较服药前显著降低(P<0.05),第24小时基本恢复用药前水平;α_2频段F_(P1)、F_4导联,α_3频段F_(P1)、F_(P2)、T_4导联,β频段T_4、T_5、O_2导联能量呈降低趋势,但未达显著水平(P>0.05);θ频段F_(P1)、F_7导联,δ频段F_3、F_4、F_7、C_3导联能量在第5～6小时较服药前显著增高(P<0.05),第24小时基本恢复用药前水平,δ频段F_(P2)、F_8、T_3、T_4、T_6、P_3、O_2导联,θ频段C_3、T_5、P_3、O_1、O_2导联,α_1频段C_3、O_2导联能量有增高趋势,但未达显著水平(P>0.05)。提示,氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患者脑电图的影响为α_1、θ、δ频段能量增加,α_2、α_3、β频段能量降低。to study the ettect 1 clozapine on the EEG of first-episode schizophres-nics. Changes of electrical energy of first-episode schizophrenics were compared using self pre-and post-control metho before 25mg clozapine per os and at the one second, ist, 2nd 3rd, 4th,5th, 6th,8th, 12th and 24th hours after oral administration. Results: After the once oral administration, the energies of Fp2 and F8 leads of a2 frequence domain, of F4 nd F8 of a3, F8 and 01 of βat 5th -6th hours were significantly lower than that of pre-administration (P<0. 05), at 24th bour basically recovered to the level of preadministration; the energies of Fp1 and F4 of a2, of Fp1, Fp2 and T4 of a3,of T4,T5 and 02 of β showed decreasing trend, but were not significant (P>0. 05); at 4th -6th hours, the energies of Fpl and F7 of, of F3,F4,F7 and C3 of δ were significantly higher than that of pre-administration (P<0. 05) ,and at 24th hours basically recoverd to the levels of pre-administration; the energies of Fp2,F8, T3,T4,T6,P3 and 02 of δ,of C3 T5,P3,01 and 02 of θ,and of C3 and 02 of a1 showed increasing trend, but were not significant(P>0. 05),Conclusion The effects of clozapine on the EEG of first-episode scgizophrenics were the increased energies of a1,δand θ,and decreased of a2,a3 and β.
