子宫内膜癌中p16蛋白及E-Cad的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨p1 6蛋白及E -钙粘附蛋白 (E -cad)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义。方法　采用免疫组化SP法对 3 8例子宫内膜癌及 1 9例正常子宫内膜组织进行了P1 6蛋白及E -钙粘附蛋白的免疫组化检测。结果　 ( 1 )在子宫内膜癌与正常子宫内膜组织中 ,p1 6蛋白的表达差异极显著 (P <0 0 1 ) ,并且随着子宫内膜癌临床期别的增高p1 6蛋白的表达率显著下降 ;( 2 )在子宫内膜癌组织中 ,E -cad的阳性表达率明显低于正常对照组 ( P <0 0 1 ) ,并且随着子宫内膜癌临床期别的增高E -cad的阳性表达显著降低 ;结论　p1 6蛋白及E -钙粘附蛋白在子宫内膜癌的发生及进展过程中起重要作用。Objective:To investigate the significance of expression of p16 gene and E-cad in the carcinoma of endometrium. Methods: The expression of p16 gene and E-cad was detected in 38 carcinoma of endometrium specimens and 19 controls by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: (1) The p16 protein positive rates of carcinoma of endometrium and normal control had significant difference (P<0.01), and the positive rates of p16 decreased with the progression of clinical stage. (2) The expression of E-cad in different clinical grades of carcinoma of endometrium was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The p16 protein and E-cad was closely associated with the generation and development of the carcinoma of endometrium.
