联合应用上颌前方牵引及快速扩大对硬组织垂直向作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究联合应用上颌前方牵引及快速扩大对硬组织垂直向的作用。　方法　以T2—T1代表自然生长 6个月颌骨的改变 ,T3—T2代表应用联合前方牵引及快速扩大 6个月硬组织的改变 ,比较在垂直向上这两种变化的差异 ,对 2 3名恒牙早期安氏Ⅲ类患者应用联合法治疗前后硬组织改变进行了分析。结果　垂直方向上 ,颌骨各点测量值没有明显改变 ,上下颌骨并未发生明显的不必要的各种旋转 ,上颌骨基本水平前移 ;但上切牙根尖、上磨牙根尖明显下移 ,下切牙切端明显下移 ,上切牙明显唇倾。结论　联合上颌前方牵引及快速扩大方法对颌骨垂直向控制较好 ,但对牙齿垂直向控制较差。Objective To investigate the changes of hard tissue changes in vertical dimension when applying maxillary protraction combined with rapid maxillary expansion. Methods Twenty-three patients in early permanent dentition were included. All patients were treated with the united method. The changes of hard tissue in vertical dimension were analyzed. Results No significant change was found in maxillary and mandibular except for the moving forward of maxillary. Dislocating downward of apexes of incisor and upper first molars were found, and the uppor incisor procline at the same time. Conclusion vertical control was good in jaw bone and was not effective in dentition when applying maxillary protraction combined with rapid expansion.
