摘　　要：上消化道出血是常见的急腹症,且有较多的原因引起,如消化性溃病,糜烂性胃炎,食管胃底静脉曲张等。泮托拉唑钠是新型的质子泵抑制剂,能有效地控制胃酸和胃溶量。是治疗胃食管分泌性疾病和消化性溃疡的最佳药物之一。on the digestive tract hemorrhage is the common acute abdominal pains, also has more reasons to cause, like digestion sickness, gastritis, esophagus fundus ventriculi varicosity and so on. the request pulls the sodium is the new proton pumps the inhibitor, can effectively control the gastric juice and the stomach liquid volume.
