摘  要:目的 :探讨人参皂甙Rg3(Rg3)抑制裸鼠原位种植人乳腺浸润性导管癌的作用及其作用机制。方法 :采用移植人乳浸润性导管癌的雌性裸鼠 15只 ,随机分成 3组 :Rg3组 ,环磷酰胺 (CTX)组和对照组 ,分别用Rg3、CTX及对照剂连续灌胃 5 6天 ,处死后病理标本用光镜及免疫组化检查。结果 :Rg3组平均瘤重低于对照组(P =0 0 5 ) ,CTX组平均瘤重明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。免疫组化显示 ,Rg3组的微血管密度 (MVD)及血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论Objective:To investigate the inhibiting ability of ginsenoside Rg3 on the growth and angiogenesis of orthotopically xenotransplanted human breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma in nude mice.Methods:A total of 15 female nude mice having received xenotransplanted human breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma were randomly divided into 3 groups.Ginsenoside Rg3(5mg/kg,qd),cyclophosphamid(26mg/kg,qod)and control solution(0.5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,qd)were given to each group by gastrogavage in 0.5ml volume for 56 days.Breast cancer mass was collected for light microscope observation.The intra-tumoral microvessel density(MVD)and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factors(VEGF)were examined by immunohisto-chemical staining.Results:The tumor weight of CTX group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).and the comparision between those of Rg3 group and the control group was nearly aporoaching significant level.The MVD and VEGF of Rg3 group by immunohisto-chemical staining were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Rg3 could inhibit the growth and angiogenesis of xenotransplanted human breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma in nude mice.
