不明原因的精神发育迟滞的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解原因不明的精神发育迟滞的病因。方法 :用 1∶ 1配比的病例对照方法进行研究 ,并用多因素条件L ogistic回归方法进行分析。结果 :单因素分析表明 :原因不明的精神发育迟滞除与遗传有关外 ,还与一些环境因素有关。多因素分析显示 :原因不明的精神发育迟滞主要与母孕期患病毒性疾病 (P=0 .0 0 2 ,OR=7.2 39) ,母孕期异常情况 (P=0 .0 0 3,OR=7.12 4)和母龄 (P=0 .0 0 6 ,OR=1.411)Objective:To explore risk factors of primary mental retardation.Method:1 matched 1 case control study data were analyzed by multiple conditional logistic regression.Results:simple regression results showed:primary mental retardation was related not only with genetic factors,but also with environmental factors.Multiple regression results suggested that primary mental retardation was mainly related with mothers virus diseases at conception(P=0 002,OR=7 239),mothers age at birth(P=0 06,OR=1 411).Thus genetic counseling health caring at conception,and good birth and good growth may play an important role to prevent primary mental retardation.
