摘　　要：介绍了白光发光二极管作为照明光源的发展优势。详细阐述了利用双基色发光二极管制造白光发光二极管的发光原理,并讨论了制作过程,包括选择性腐蚀和Bonding技术的运用。最后对器件性能作出评价。The enormous advantages of white LED serving as light source are introduced. Theprinciple of white LED based on two single color LEDs is described. The processes of fabricatingwhite LED, including selective etching and bonding are also discussed. Finally, the properties ofsuch white LEDs are evaluated.
